    Have you ever used an emoji in the subject line of an email? If so, was your response better or worse than your average in terms of open rate or click-through rate?

    I’ve used them and seen them used, although they are pretty rare for the most part. In the few instances when they have been used they didn’t result in any significant increase. I would suggest testing the use of emoji’s in subject lines as the result will be quite different for every sender. My biggest concern is how they are treated in terms of their deliverability.
